T's bid for UMG might have some intersting developments to it,being UMG would be more persuaded to use ATHM product, wheras Comcast will be more likely to be a WGAT customer.

Changes in accounting will increase mergers in a BIG way for the next year, because the new rules don't come into effect until then. There is going to be a rush to get under the wire.
