Razorbak, I had read somewhere else (a while ago now) that the Internet Enforcement Division was badly understaffed. The Smart Money article is the only one I know of that quantifies the full time staffers. I had read just a week or so ago that the SEC was looking to hire two full time Internet investigators, but for the life of me, I can't find the reference anymore. It may have been in the WSJ print version or some other printed publication. I've searched though my history file and can't find any valid links. KJC
