No BlueGill is not Public...they are a Michigan Company, and the founder use to work at Interface Systems which is Public. Both are Michigan Companies moving into e-Bill...but BlueGill has aligned with both TransPoint and CheckFree....InterFace is Brain Dead to this point best I can figure aligning only with Transpoint...stock price tells of the success of Transpoint in this space to date.

If they ever trade at $10, we're in trouble...now at $2. INTF is my hedge against a CKFR debacle and a TransPoint victory. Limit orders only there is never any supply on that one....and it don't hardly trade...market order the thing and you would get killed.
