Jon,

I wanted to stress this excerpt from the executive summary:

"In September 1998, Oasis reincorporated in Nevada. In October 1998, NuOasis Resorts, inc. ("NuOasis") recapitalized Oasis and became its largest shareholder by transferring to Oasis all of NuOasis' international hotel and casino projects in exchange for Oasis stock, notes and warrants."

As Oasis Resorts (OAIS) increases in value NuOasis Resorts (NUOA) should increase. Currently NUOA owns 49% of OAIS with the option to own up to 85%.

Since there are 10 shares of NUOA to one share of OAIS ratio, NUOA stock price should be close to 1/10 of OAIS. So, if OAIS were $10.00, NUOA would be around $1.00.

An investor might want to look at NUOA in addition to OAIS.
