Hello SG (a once only poster who insulted CMon): you are either an idiot or a paid shill of the shorts. In any event, think before you post. I observe CMon (an experience poster to SI) to relate real issues-- a 14% note above market rates, a conversion to stock at $5/sh at a nominally $10/sh level. The question of the exact details--the terms of this 'deal' are important issues. I would certainly like to be able to lock in 14% minimum and have the opportunity to make 100% on my money by a contract backed by the imputed shareholder equity. To paraphrase Sir Winston Churchill, "I perceive SG is foolish today, but come tomorrow, CMon will have yet wisely raised legitimate issues concerning all shareholders." I was out and unable to respond to your officious post until today. The stock was at 9 5/8 when the deal closed. Perhaps it was negotiated when the stock was at $5. That, however, doesn't change the fact that this deal can only be viewed as money raised on terrible terms. To imagine that that's not the case or irrelevant is to delude yourself. As for my being either an idiot or a shill, is that the opinion you hold of anyone whose views are different than your own? If I come around to your point of view "southern gent", would you invite me to one of your book burnings?
