Is there any way to confirm the afterhours trade?

>>It's spreading all around the Boards....Raging Bull, Yahoo ....after market swap of 5million shares in Toronto? Anyone have comments?

Well.. it is wildly entertaining to read all the speculation. Makes the roller coaster ride even more exciting! How about this purely idle speculation.... Rogers owned 5 million shares. Rogers has informal but strong historic ties to Microsoft... Mr. Rogers and Bill Gates have met a number of times to discuss the future of the internet, etc. Rogers has crummy Q1 earnings so needs a strong gain... agrees in March so that it can go on the books. Today the physical transaction took place. Not in after hours trading on the TSE but through a private transfer at a brokerage... MCSF now owns a major stake in bid.com and will be making a formal takeover bid for the rest in the near future...
