I was telling Ammo and he said- Good grief they don't need CW. Anyone can find that stuff. Not making light, but I did have a funny exchange with CW just now. A boy in one of his classes either had lived in Denver and was supposed to go to that school, or had gone there-- anyway, he knew one of the victims, and was pretty shaken up. We started talking about what would motivate something like this.. They apparently were not just racists, but also hated athletes. I guess they hated anything that made them feel less unique. I brought up Alienation, asking if CW ever felt alienated, trying to be a good mother, looking for clues. He looked at me with disdain and said, (I quote): "Are you kidding? I am the most integrated person I know. I'm the most integrated person at that high school. I am ONE with that high school. I AM that high school. If I don't show up, they call off classes." And he walked out. I yelled, "May I quote you?" HE said, "Don't you always?"
