"mu is in seriuos trouble" - yes of course! it has always been obvious, and that once-dead fish seems to have floated to the surface.
But with all of the shareholder lawsuits for the stocks that drop, who do I sue to get back the $ from my MU short that I rode from $30 to $50? Maybe Texas instruments has some liability to exploit. Maybe I'll settle for a bowl of soup from Dan Niles. -ng-
