LOS ANGELES, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- PayForView.com Corp. ("PayForView")
(BB: PAYVD) today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary,
Street Solid Records Inc. has completed the signing of multi-talented music
and entertainment group "Soul Patrol" to a long term recording agreement. The
talented four Vita Brothers, Osei, Aba, Omari and Babatu, ages 20-27, grew up
performing in Ringling Brothers/Barnum & Bailey Circus, NBA/NFL Half-Time
shows and other major events with their gravity defying acrobatic
performances. Their father, Kijauna Vita, was a ground breaking performer and
one of the first African American acrobats in a major circus or touring
company. He began teaching his four sons at the age of three.
Their illustrious career so far has focused on their acrobatics skills and
has included major commercials (Coca Cola, Reebok, Burger King, Levis),
modeling (Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, Gucci, Polo), major events (Billboard Awards,
Las Vegas Casinos, Universal Studios, and the Sultan of Brunei's Party).
Known as the "Amazing Vitas" the family of four brothers have expanded their
show to incorporate their musical talents and have renamed themselves as "Soul
Patrol." Street Solid CEO and President Jay Warsinske, who immediately signed
the group over interest from several other record companies, shared the
brothers' large vision of a ground breaking musical group that performs a live
show that is totally unique. The group was featured in recent articles and
photo spreads in the New York Times, VIBE Magazine and other media.
Currently producing their debut album with leading producers "BUD'DA"
(whose credits include Madonna, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg), "STEP 1" (2Pac, Dr.
Dre, King T), and Polarbear (RBX, Treach, Coolio) for release by Street Solid.
With their multi-faceted talents, music will be one phase of their involvement
with Street Solid and PayForView.com. Also in-the-works is their first
feature film introducing the Soul Patrol team as action film stars, utilizing
a combination of their martial arts, acrobatics and gravity-defying moves to
appeal to youth and young adult audiences, hungry for positive role models.
In addition, they are developing an Internet TV series that will be broadcast
via PayForView.com that will incorporate their music, their stage show as well
as celebrity guests. They count among their fans of their performances
celebrities like Will Smith, Jada Pinkett, Lauryn Hill, Shaquille O'Neal and
countless other movie, music and sports stars.
