martin, I have my own personal taping of the cc. Actually it sounds a lot better after listening to it a second time. My belief is that Astra/Janssen forwarded Vivus some cash for future product shipments because they are very excited about some of the new R&D projects and wants Vivus to progress forward as quickly as possible on both the female SD cream and now the PE product without having to worry about their cash position. This money certainly has no effect on future earnings and merely reflects confidence towards Vivus' new R&D projects. I think the Street may just decide tomorrow that the short's days are over. Everyone (both short and long) will be watching the "action" closely tomorrow. I just hope that all the "pissers and moaners" just sell and move on already so that I don't have to hear all their pissing and moaning any more!
