I don't think that's the issue here. No one is saying that
the $9.5m is insignificant. The issue here is that you
cannot look at the revenue numbers in a vaccum and say
aha! the growth isn't phenomenal, or that the stock hasn't
risen much. The total enterprise value is what really
counts (and, rightfully you should also add in any debt
to the market cap to arrive at the EV number.) SO, to
go by your theory, the stock should fall _farther_,
given the _larger_ issued and outstanding. That's an
interesting position and hardly a bullish one, may I add.

Lets cut to the chase and consider this. If IFMX were
a privately held entity (meaning, no stock prices to guide
you) what kind of takeout numbers will you be putting on it ?
