I'm not sure I understand.

You did everything else right this past week but you stayed in a company that was offering a spin-out IPO? The typical pattern for such companies is to drop right around and after the time of the IPO.

It is my opinion that money from the old company flows into the new.

It is a natural short trading position and Joe had alerted us to that weeks prior. I have seen this pattern myself so why did you not sell and buy back later if you like the stock?
