If you do not agree please explain why.>> Since Wit Capital has an "I Confirm" affirmation process before allocation, they can keep the current conditional offers, and tell you to read the changed prospectus before affirming your order. I don't see why it is absolutely necessary that they cancel all the conditional offers.

chinmoy, you write "because people tecnically apply after reading prospectus" and because of merger all IOI's " are null and void"....now in reality, is there anyone of us who will not accept the ipo cause they merged with babycenter or whatever they are called?.....nobody actually reads the prospectus before they place their offers or they would never receive shares.....im completely jaded when it comes to this issue for obvious personal reasons but to do this all over just because etoys mgt. is delaying for other alterior motives(i.e.-precarious mkt. conditions) doesnt seen just to me.....but like i said , the people with good IOI times will agree with me and the rest will prob. agree with you....cause afterall, genuine benevolence only comes after we have made our share first....lol mact
