Rande: It might be worth noting that many of these issues have made moves recently: ANLY only within the last 2 days, KEA yesterday, REGI over the last few weeks, etc.... As a group, it appears that they are regaining favor. I do think however, that the bias is toward solid IT companies, not just Y2K... in fact, it may be best to avoid the previous Y2K high fliers... I have personally taken positions in this area and am watching most all technically...
