It is most likely the exercise of the 1.75 warrants that were attached to the Yorkton financing. These were exercisable by a certain date in the future or listing on the Nasdaq whichever came first. You will recall Godin said the float was 52mm shares while the sec filing said the float was 40 some odd. These warrants became exercisable with the Nasdaq listing I believe. JMHO Just a little thank you to Yorkton for the help they gave the stock today<gg>
