Sorry if I overreacted. There is a tendency for people to drop in on a difficult situation, look around and not see everything working perfectly and start bitching about everyone who has already been there a long time under difficult conditions. A huge amount of what Anthony sees around him is actually funded by you, the US taxpayer, through grants to UN organizations and other major NGO's. We have always been the largest single humanitarian aid donor in the Balkans. I know some of the Americans working in Macedonia right now, and in Albania. They are all very good people who will knock themselves out to do what they can. Thanks for all your kind thoughts and charitable efforts. All the best.
