Shane,

From a fundamental viewpoint the ratios are a little pricey, but this rate of growth will quickly bring the financial ratios into line.

My experience is that the traditional valuations of Siebel are usually on the high side. As the company's performance has continued to improve, the ratios have typically remained high by traditional standards.

The reason I'm comfortable with that is due to the reasons outlined in The Gorilla Game.

A PEG ratio of about 1.0 for Siebel is about as low as it gets. Don't be surprised when it approaches 2.0 because it gets there on a regular basis. All that assumes, of course, that the company continues to perform as it has in the past.
