Abel,

If I may answer, PRTL recently was awarded a license in Japan, one of only a VERY FEW issued to non-domestic telecoms. Japan is the second largest long distance telecom market in the world. As the Japanese government winds down its long debate on the subject, deregulation is expected in the next month or two. With this tremendous market opened up, PRTL's assets, license and head start there will be very valuable and will add to the buyout value and potential bidding war over PRTL. Mr. Singh and company are one step ahead of everyone. Even AT&T and BT don't have the licenses PRTL has. They are relegated to buying 30% stakes in others, which generally hasn't worked for them.
