<Last splits were 6/93 and 6/95. Both times the stock was selling around 40>. Geofrey- Are you contradicting my uninformed opinions with facts? :-) Thank you for the information. I bought COHU for the first time in 96. Not that familiar with the history before then. Still, we have not been at 40 for a long time, and I do not see this conservative management (was Schwan the CEO at those splits?) doing a split when there is any likely chance the stock could end up in the single digits. I am neutral on splits for my long term holds, such as COHU. Best Regards, Steve
