Since the SEC changed the laws in early January, any company we are looking at or will be looking at, will be required to have audits available before we go any further with them.

This law change came right in the middle of the ArchvialCD offering, January 1 through April 15 is the busiest of times for CPA's and auditors so yes it did slow us down. So as to avoid this problem again, upto date audits are the only way we will now consider any company... even these highly coveted internet companies, that are for the most part, start ups or very young companies.

But to answer your question, as soon as we are finished with ArchivalCD we will be taking another company public. We have several inline at the moment.
