Sorry Buckey,I misunderstood,I agree that a mining co that suddenly switches to Internet company should be scrutinized but that is where I think SBX is different. For one it is an established co on the TSE,has been looking for awhile for a venture,has cash in the bank, and now hooked up with another proven company like CD Plus. If it has to issue another 180,000 shares and then consolidate, so be it, even 1 for 10, is still cheap price and with revenues of $55 million and growing for CD Plus, doesn't seem like bad to me, but just my opinion.
