It would probably be a good idea to go after Chmiel and Glassberg first. They more than likely know where PH has his assets hidden. If we can get a judgment against them they would almost certainly go after PH themselves. They would stand a much better chance of getting him where it hurts and for any criminal penalties (ie fraud). As far as getting any money back, the lawyer can have all of mine. I just want the satisfaction of seeing him charged and convicted. I would give it all to the lawyers even if it was a 100% return. Revenge is sweet saieth the bb gun. bb
