Neal: I don't know the good Father and I can't comment on his motives. Seems to me he does have the legal right as a shareholder to pursue his own agenda and we as shareholders have the duty to evaluate his methods, position and qualifications for bringing FL to fruit. It may be aggravating and unfortunate (since I believe we agree in principle) but there's not a lot we can do except vote it down. JLA
