Am even more confused now. Spoke with investor relations just now. She vehemently denies that there are any take over talks with GE or anyone else. According to her there is no change in the fundamental position or out look for IMG. The only change expected is that Mr. Rosner is going to be leaving as chairman next month. (There u go..))

So the hoopla is not about a takeover. Then what?
