My information matches that of the others on here, I recently bought a significant pile of DNB on speculation that either one or both of their divisions would be hived off and sold to 3rd parties by mid May.

It has been up and down by about 30 cents or so in the last week, which (on a penny stock) suggests to me that something big is about to happen. I sure hope so ;-)

My sources in the financial community have suggested a $3-$4 value per share IF their holdings are sold off at an appropriate premium. (As successful going concerns)

Since Denbridge is basically a merchant bank, and therefore it cannot really be gauged by revenues or other traditional means of valuating a company, they have appeared unimpressive. I am expecting that either Reuters or some other player will make me a lot of money in the next month.
