it could be any day, we do not know, but monday has the best chance and here is why. 1. we know consent offer ends on friday night, so the earliest they would say anything is monday. 2. from the mrkt article softbank quoted as saying on april 8 Rieschel declined to say how much Softbank would invest. He said the deal may close within the next two weeks. He declined to comment on the brokers involved in the deal. 3. two weeks from april 8 is today. the deal with softbank should be a done deal by now, and now we need to wait for the consent agreement before we hear about the ipo and softbank and other investors. 4. monday, will allow for continuous news to be released the next few weeks, starting on merger monday. 5. i do not believe the 2 week extension ending on a friday, was by chance, but to allow for a monday announcement, where it would have the most impact.
