Okane is gone. Company will get new symbol and is now named Superwire.com. The next step will be to have the new CFO from Winstar put out their financials along with an application to be listed on the Nasdaq National market. I expect we will hear more about the company's unfolding business plan and deals. I also expect they will hit the road in the near future for some private placement funds. This is an unusual and likely lucrative way to play a start up technology company just as they begin executing their business plan, but prior to the final private equity funding. Usually the venture funds get all the fun and bring the company public. Here, we have a small public stub that can act to value the whole enterprise. I think this story will become even clearer in the coming weeks.
