Tim, great article. Shows that X-ray lithography is still a viable process to make future chips. I think JMAR's x-ray source makes it more attractive as well. I wonder if JMAR is dealing with Japanese firms since they seem to be very involved in XRL. Also interested in what you think the market for JMAR x-ray sources will be in the year 2000. If we can estimate a number, then we can get a ballpark for earnings.
