I keep seeing "open letters"on yahoo to idtc management regarding spinning off of net2phone. If this were to occur, how would those of who bought idtc purely for the net2phone business be compensated? Are investors typically offered an exchange for shares in the new company? Any information from someone who held shares in one of these type of transactions sure would be helpful. I'm considering selling over this issue and do not want to make an uninformed decision.

I hate to say this but with the way the market has been acting lately, IDTC looks really, really weak. Could be going alot lower if the market heads south.
