James,

Can't see anything. All I see is halt and resumption of trading announcement having been made. Nothing of the news. I'll keep looking.

James,

I managed to talk to RM today about the halt and other issues with Exall. The halt was as I suspected and commented earlier. GME's NR should be out tomorrow. It essentially "supports" my conjecture that Exall is not playing with a full deck. They (EXL) continue to stall at every opportunity and at a time when there are major decisions to be made (Shaft/hoisting) etc.

Everything else seems to be as "beaten to death" before. So I guess we'll wait to see what the NR brings! Being in the mining business, he understands what EXL is up to and is trying his best to eliminate EXL's excuses for stalling. It is an extremely slow process; but there is no way around it. The next steps in the litigation were discussed and there could be some light at the end of the proverbial tunnel (firefly, train, miners lamp? who knows).

Cheers
Winzer
