ajs, You are correct as to what my technological concerns are. What some people forget is that a company's website is now their storefront. If I walk into their store (website) and see broken merchandise on the shelf, it would be expected for me, a potential customer, to say "hey dudes, why are you putting broken merchandise on the shelf". The whole point of having a website is to have a reliable source of information so that I don't have to call the company. And then to be attacked when I ask legitimate questions and bring up legitimate issues in a professional manner.....well, I guess you can understand why whatever the taste is in my mouth right now, it ain't candy. Does Chief's response to me concern you at all? JXM
