Chris-

I don't know what the tax situation is. It may have something to do with the profitability of the international businesses (and perhaps the inclusion of Rushware results). Perhaps some of our resident accounts can help out with this one?

PC revenues were much higher than I had expected, too. It's certainly possible that Rushware's distribution of third party titles is included (same goes for PSX, N64, etc.). It would be nice if "Distribution" was a separate line, since the economics are different. The current breakdown, and the inclusion of Rushware, makes my estimate forecasting MUCH harder. I don't know what OTHER is. I can't believe that third party titles accounted for such a small amount. And what do you think Germany revenues mean? Is that THQ titles and third party distribution throughout Germany? I suppose much of UK was Rugrats-related.

My previous estimates for Rushware in Q1 was $4 million. Now, I've changed it to $4.5 million.

Todd

Can someone post the Conference Call number. I tried accessing the web site URL that was posted, but our firewall will not allow access to that site.

Thank You
