Keep in mind that Golin/Harris is on the West Coast, and so there is probably nobody in the office to promote the release yet. At least this is a possible explanation for lack of early volume. I doubt the New York office handles TSIG.com's account. I say that perhaps some calls to GH in Calif. might be in order, just to get an understanding of how all this works.
