Well here could be the source for the rumor. I guess it is possible it could be nuke powered and the reactor is going, or some nuke weapons are in trouble. Glad I don't swim in the Baltic Sea. -ng-

Bond pit exhibiting classic example of hedge selling.
Large orders come off three desks, floor absorbs with weak
liquidity(fading?) pushing prices lower. Attempts to
take market higher are again hit with size offers
throughout the day. Take a look at a today's intraday chart
for Jun Tbonds and the downward stair-step pattern is
quite evident.

I was going to close today's new shorts but may
elect to carry the nice lead into tomorrow now instead.
