CYGA pushing RIHI News! CYGA Cybergames, Inc. 1st internet casino goes online in Dominican Republic RIHI site Back in June of 1998, Worldnet Gaming entered into an agreement with Cybergames (CYGA) whereby Worldnet Gaming received 500,000 shares of CYGA which at that time was worth $2,000,000 in exchange for certain business services. Could you please elaborate on what exactly this agreement called for and if you still own those 500,000 shares? MS. KELLY ARRUDA: Yes we still own the shares. They are carried as an investment on our books RIHI has made since NOV 2.86 a share on 500 000 shares fromCYGA, this should show as investment earnings on the earnings report. Unless this is considered pre public, statement in interview says it is on the books as a investment. So if that is so RIHI has a gain 1.400,000 since the Nov stock price. It looks to me the the numbers for RIHI may be a real surprise to the market for last year and even more so the first quarter of this year. CYGA is over 5.00 a share and now has announced it site is up and running. If Bingo .com can get 9.00 then RIHI is a 20.00 stock. CYGA is also in the live casino business as well asfund raising business like bingo.com That 500,000 share may turn into some real assets for RIHI. Just a observation. Mark
