OT - XIRC 1. They beat consensus by 5%. And they consistently beat qtr after qtr. 2. RealPort has a proprietary patent, no pricing pressures. PC cards are so cheap to make and have been around for so long and are made by so many companies I do not see further price erosion. It is pretty much bottomed out. 3. Institutions own 86% of this puppy. Its lack of liquidity is what's killing it. After large cap / internet stock earnings season, little guy cash will flow back into smaller caps. 4. An upgrade/start coverage by a large brokerage (DLJ?) should be imminent. This will increase visibility short term. 5. Networking is HOT, HOT, HOT! And they make the best products in their class by far. Just like Ascend did. It is rumoured Dell is their next OEM partner. 6. Intel is pounding the table on networking this week and they own a significant share of XIRC and it wouldnt faze INTC to buy 'em. 7. Depending on who you talk to the PE ranges from 15 to 19. This is ridiculous. 8. Yes, it's true revenues did not rise very much but operating margins continue to shrink and this will consistently increase EPS. LU said virtually the same thing today and look what the street thought about that! That's enough rah rah for now. GO ASND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
