Still not trading on the TSE (EDIT EXL trading GME halted). Anyone care to give their interpretation of the NR? My analysis is as follows:

1. Exall SAYS that they have received a positive appeal decision.
2. Judge Rosenburg (now retired) erred in not considering some of Exalls arguements - precedural error.
3. The judge said that if the court decided that Exall's interest was reduced by a legal decision, Exall will not be entitled to get any money from Glimmer (????).
4. The fact that Exall was able to scare Glimmer into accepting Exall's version of events should be acceptable. (Remember, Exall tried to "pull a fast one" on Glimmer when George Kent was in charge. Not thet the McCloskey group is in the picture, they appear to want the courts to rule on Exall's actions against Kent.)
5. They're still waiting for a new judge to be assigned. This brings us back to where we were three years ago!
6. I wish we can get a simple NR for once from Exall. When it is in legalase like this one can only assume that they are looking to work miracles but converting a loss to a win.
7. I can't honestly say that I can see where Exall is the winner here? Winer maybe. Winner?? I am open to conversation!

Cheers
Winzer

EDIT: Exall now at 32 X 32. Glimmer is now halted. Must be coming back with a rebuttal to Exall's nonsense. Lets hope that they put out a SIMPLE statement of fact.
