Lola, I don't know that this has anything to do with BII but he left because the BOD's wanted him to leave.

Lola;

He left partly due to the 2 and half hour shut down of the t.s.e a couple of weeks back, which occurred on several occasions during '98. The news release states that he left to pursue other ventures. Dagan and go north will likely find a correlation between him leaving, and bii recently being added to the t.s.e. 200 & 300 and consequently tanking.
