Kimberky, please check out FDHG. Their IG2 technology was mentioned by COVD's CEO as the their top competitor. In an unrelated division they own auto dealerships including selling cars on the web. It went up very quietly in recent weeks but I believe (hope) there's still some play left. Today's press release went virtually unnoticed.

Fidelity Holdings, Inc.'s IG2 and Talkie Platforms Launch Advanced Talkie Web-Enabled IP Switch
Business Wire - April 22, 1999 07:49
KEW GARDENS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 1999--Fidelity Holdings, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:FDHG) technology subsidiaries, IG2, Inc. and InfoSystems of Canada, recently achieved a milestone combining their IG2(TM) and Talkie(TM) platforms, launching an advanced IP platform enabling the consumer to make voice or fax calls over any IP network.

The launch of the Talkie(TM) Web-Enabled Platform is a joint effort on the parts of both subsidiaries, capitalizing on their strengths, resulting in an Information Processing (IP) switch which enables the user to make voice or fax calls over any IP network. A Talkie(TM) Web-Enabled IP switch can route calls over analog, TI lines or over an IP network, all within the same switch and is programmed to allow the consumer to choose better quality or least cost routing.

The Talkie(TM) Web-Enabled Platform was developed due to the collaboration of Kimberly Peacock, President of IG2, Inc., Moise Benedid, President of Infosystems, and Dr. Zvi Barak, President of Computer Business Sciences - Israel.

Kimberly Peacock, President of Fidelity's technology subsidiary, IG2, Inc., stated: "Talkie(TM) Web-Enabled puts call centers on the web with all the features of standard switched call centers and the added ability to share documents. Talkie(TM) Web-Enabled is the most advanced application of its type available today. We, at IG2(TM), are proud of our involvement in the development of this product. Via its IG2(TM) multimedia network platform the division provides residential and small business customers high speed Internet access, eCommerce capabilities, local and long distance telephone service, television quality video conferencing and television programming, all through existing telephone wires already installed in the customer's home."

Moise Benedid, President of InfoSystems, added, "The Talkie(TM) Web-Enabled Platform is one of the most advanced voice technologies in the world today. Talkie(TM) products provide a seamless system for call centers, trading rooms, banks, insurance companies, government agencies and others which will radically change and improve the way business is conducted."

"Fidelity's technology divisions have been a consistent driving force in the Company's progress. It is with a clear strategic plan and great ingenuity that Fidelity has achieved what, to date, is an unmatched accomplishment in communication technology," concluded Doron Cohen, President of Fidelity Holdings, Inc.

The Talkie(TM) Web-Enabled Platform interfaces with Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO), New Era and other routers to deliver high quality voice over IP. Talkie(TM) Web-Enabled uses the latest compression and data packet technology to deliver such voice and fax data over the IP network. The Talkie(TM) Web-Enabled Platform comes complete with all the IVR and billing features required to use prepaid calling cards, international callback features and tandem switching applications. Callers wanting to reach a help desk can call in via a standard telephone number or call in via a web-page.
