i am trying to keep an open mind, charliss, and appreciate your comment... i just think that if there were no takeover play going on... the smart money would have ditched this stock before earnings and we would already be at 18... their earnings, although it sounds like they will meet estimates, are not all that exciting... i have heard 12 cents vs. 13 cents last year... now if they surprised us all with a huge increase, would be great, but i just can't believe this stock has seen this sustained interest and increase in price and volume for earnings expectations alone... of course, i like you will watch very closely to see what happens... <ggg> kathy :))
