Dave, understood. There is a company also called quotes plus. have you tried ping plotter to debug your problems. Live charts and qcharts use the same data feed. Your problems may lie in your phones, ISP, or somewhere else on the net. Qfeed works without interupption here all day every day since I started using it. You can find ping plotter on Tucows. Gibbons has posted some brief usage examples on the Qcharts FAQ thay may help you get started... tucows.com Sean
