Street, I am open-minded and would love to see those studies. I was just mentioning what the police chief said for discussion purposes. Maybe he was just talking about our city alone. That is interesting about the home invasions in Britain. I believe that the violent crime and the murder rate overall is down. I also believe that installing alarm systems in your home is the most effective way to protect your family. But not everyone has the money for this type of system. I'm just trying to come up with a possible solution. Maybe there isn't one.
