<<MG will deliver the gold to the banks as production is geared up>> They will still need to make a case to the banks. Jumping from 10 to 100 to 1000 tons a day will need millions. At some point you must go for the big ticket and raise the $$. And for this you need to prove that you have enough reserves to generate the cash flows to reimburse. Growing progressiveley from a 1 ton pilot plant into a 1000+ tons per day without major financing is not realistic.
