Ian Karluff, the National Post reporter has certainly brought some interesting questions to the table, but the questions have not been answered particularly with respect to timing.
There is a story here IAN, go after it.

I've always stated IMO BII valued at $3- $5 CAN. on a relative basis to eggs, ubid , Onsl . I also have stated I bought in at $6.00 because I felt the people promoting this would make it rock in the short term .I also admitted based on its short run up I sold early , but still better than todays price. I think Pavans comments are an honest opinion , he never put a value on it previously , he now is on record . Time will tell how the market values it . I've always stated I thought BII has good prospects just currentl overvalued in my opinion . I have constantly been attacked for expressing my views on BIIs RELATIVE value to other INET issues .
