P.S. They are also limited to buying no more than 25% of the average daily volume for the last 30 days. So it will take them 5 months to buy the whole $25M. They are simply not allowed to go any faster. We may not like it, but that is it.

I did. Like you, I was in at 15, but I guess my 'ignorance' allowed me to see the writing on the wall. Sold some above 15 and dumped the remainder at 12 on the way down after PTEC blatantly mislead investors about their shortfall. You may have forgotten that incident, but I have not.

Re: running up the stock

Who suggested that they do anything of the kind? I am suggesting that they should be accumulating as many shares as possible at these levels. The idea is to buy more at cheaper prices now and less at higher prices later. If management believes that the company is on the right track and that the stock price is heading higher by the end of the year, then they should be buying now. The again, if they think they will be able to pick it up cheaper later....they should wait.
