I am so sick of all the excuses that this thread makes for the lack of stock performance. Large float, low revenues, shady private placement, confusing contract language, Gordy's comp Plan and share amount. Do people really think this is a company that should be soaring? I think not. I have been invested in this stock for a very long time. Since 1994 to be exact. I was part of the original private placement back when it was VSI. That is when all they were doing were call center operations. 800 service for different companies. Harley Davidson conventions, Holiday Inn, Etc. This stock used to trade in the $3.00 - $4.00 range when all of the stock was restricted. Of course once those restrictions were over the stock began its plummet. Then the acquisition of TSIG came along and my shares were exchanged into TSIG shares. Things may look good on the surface with all these announcements, but make sure you all do your own DD and dig deep. Gordo has a colorful past as a CEO. PHXS to be specific, you want to talk about public shareholders getting screwed, don't get me started. I hope TSIG is not headed in the same direction. Marty, and REW your research has been very valuable, and extensive and I personally would like to thank you for all your time and effort. My question to you both is why you are always painting such a rosey picture of a company, that obviously has problems in numerous areas. I will agree that they seem to be headed in a positive direction. Lets be honest though this is still a turn around company that has a fairly large overhead considering its current revenues, high monthly burn rate, continued MYMUSICCARD service problem on delivering product (cd's, tapes, etc.) They will still need more monies from the PP to keep things afloat until the supposed revenues start to come in, which remains to be seen. I too would love to know who sells into the type of news that we received today. The floorless convertible Gordo did with PHXS, drove the company into bankruptcy and ultimately nothing. There was a rosey picture painted of that company right up until the bankruptcy filing. Let me remind you all that they had a proprietary product, and a monopoly on the Chinese airline reservation system. Soros was standing behind them and then it all feel apart. You all must make your own decision, but make them carefully. Do your own DD and then make an educated decision about your investment in TSIG. I still hold my entire position and plan to for NOW. But I will be watching as things unfold very carefully and I suggest you all do the same. GATOR
