Unless earnings are a total blowout or a total bust, I can't imagine them moving the stock one way or the other. The current price is held up by the takeover speculation. This balloon will start to deflate, slowly, after earnings...unless a takeout occurs.

Don't blame you.....I did some of the same and limited by downside (i hope!) just in case you know....as the famous Rick James would say "YOu dropped the bomb on me...Gilly"

perhaps just weak hands trading right now...mine being one of them yesterday<g>
