This is from Briefing.com's 11 am update: Dow strength, however, is a bit misleading... Back out IBM (+22 1/8), and the Dow would be in negative territory as more than half of the Dow components are showing a loss at this time... Regional bank, gaming, and cyclical stocks among the more notable laggards in the broader market which continues to garner support from the tech stocks where Internet, software, and chip equipment issues are among the winning standouts.
