Chaosad, The Russian Army General Staff just reported that there are NATO Ground troops, in the form of reconnaisaince and sabotage units already on the ground and operating in Kosovo, saying that "The ground war in Yugoslavia had already started".

I see a tremendous power struggle coming shortly in Russia....

Not confiscation, rather imposing laws that restrain easy access and put great responsibility on those that have those weapons.
