WE see the same thing , and if that 5.7-5.75 is reached then I expect
down side in the stock market to exceed that of early this week.
As long as rates climb I'm holding my XLB short and not going
long anything.
Today so far XLB has 33down/21up and 2 unchanged.

Well in spite of the rate easing up the market is showing some
short term strength, ( mid term weakness due to rates )
longer term mixed But I'll go out on a limb and say the future
does hold a fair correction ( S&P to dip to 1250 or lower )
but that may take a while. In face of the short term strength
I took profits closed my XLB short and I'm just about all cash.
Over all I hate shorting but for the time being I'll be faster
to short than to go long. ( to much risk on the long side ).
